The Hydrology team compiled existing hydrologic data for the entire Red River Basin.  This work involved reviewing existing documents for pertinent hydrologic and climatological information in an attempt to describe the hydrologic cycle of the Red River Basin in layman's terms.  The document is intended to be easily understood by all, but is well referenced for those who would like or need more in depth information.  The document discusses both floods and droughts and the factors needed for both to occur.
