The exhibitor fee includes the cost of a 10 x 8' booth space and (1) conference registration, which covers materials and meals. Prior to the conference, a letter containing all the final details will be sent via email to the designated contact person.

Throughout the three-day conference, there will be numerous networking opportunities with fellow participants, as the exhibits will be accessible during breaks and social events. While it is encouraged for exhibitors to attend sessions, it is not obligatory.
